HOSA Canada takes pride in ensuring that our name and logo are used consistently and professionally across all merchandise. Chapters that wish to produce and distribute merchandise must follow the processes below.
⚠️ Important: No student, chapter, or member may advertise, produce, or distribute HOSA Canada merchandise without explicit written approval from HOSA Canada management. Additionally, the HOSA logo is not to be placed on items to sell to parties not affiliated with HOSA Canada or parties outside of their chapter. Unauthorized merchandise activity may result in disciplinary action as per our Terms and Conditions.
Chapter-Led Merchandise Production
Chapters may independently design, order, and distribute their own merchandise with prior approval from HOSA Canada. Chapters are solely responsible for all aspects of their sales, including but not limited to: order fulfillment, product quality, pricing, financial management, and dispute resolution. HOSA Canada will not intervene in cases where a purchaser claims non-delivery, defective items, or other issues related to chapter-run sales.
To do this, your chapter president or advisor must:
- Submit the Chapter Merchandise Request Form before ordering or distributing merchandise.
- Adhere to HOSA’s Brand Guidelines. You may use any of the HOSA Canada logos that can be found here.
- Await written approval from HOSA Canada Management before proceeding. Decisions will be sent via email to the individual who filled out the form above, within 5 business days.
HOSA Canada-Assisted Merchandise Production
For chapters that would like additional support, HOSA Canada can assist in the production process for an additional fee. Please note that HOSA Canada will not independently ship products to separate addresses.
This option includes:
- Guidance on design approval and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Support with supplier communication and order logistics.
- Optional distribution services (e.g., shipping to chapter). Chapters are still responsible for the distribution of these items to their chapter members. HOSA Canada will not independently ship products to separate addresses.
