Fall Leadership Conference (FLC)
FLC will be taking place online from November 16 – 23, 2025. FLC is simply an opportunity to see where you stand amongst your peers, and practice for our main conference, SLC. While everyone is encouraged to participate in FLC, it is not a qualifier competition for SLC or ILC. As such, the conference will host only written tests and facilitate submissions/presentations for submission-based events. For any procedural or debate events (including HOSA Bowl), Round 2 will not be conducted at FLC.
Only students who have paid the registration fee can attend the conference. The last day to register, pay, and change your event/teammate information is October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Late registrations or event changes will not be accepted. You must have the correct number of registered and paid teammates to compete in a team event. Students who do not register with a sufficient number of teammates will be switched to a random individual event.
The submission deadline for events that require a submission is October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
FLC will be administered through US HOSA’s online testing platform. Chapter Presidents and Teacher Advisors will be responsible for registering students on this platform prior to the conference dates. Detailed instructions and more information will be provided in early November.
