Chapters that wish to produce and distribute merchandise must follow the processes below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/strong> No student, chapter, or member may advertise, produce, or distribute HOSA Canada merchandise without explicit written approval from HOSA Canada management. Additionally, the HOSA logo is not to be placed on items to sell to parties not affiliated with HOSA Canada or parties outside of their chapter. Chapters are solely responsible for all aspects of their sales, including but not limited to: order fulfillment, product quality, pricing, financial management, and dispute resolution. HOSA Canada will not intervene in cases where a purchaser claims non-delivery, defective items, or other issues related to chapter-run sales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To do this, your chapter president or advisor must:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submit the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/cZt98yjgHLiCSA7i9\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chapter Merchandise Request Form<\/span><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ordering or distributing merchandise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adhere to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hosa.org\/sites\/default\/files\/HOSA-Brand-Style-Guide.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOSA\u2019s Brand Guidelines<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <span data-teams=\"true\">You may use any of the HOSA Canada logos that can be found <a id=\"menurj1\" class=\"fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn\" title=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1fedr2cyq-h1mf9qfpiwey4dmts3i0nfs?usp=drive_link\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1FEDr2Cyq-h1MF9qFpiwey4dMTs3I0nFs?usp=drive_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Link here\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Await written approval from HOSA Canada Management before proceeding. Please note that HOSA Canada will not independently ship products to separate addresses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This option includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guidance on design approval and compliance with brand guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support with supplier communication and order logistics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optional distribution services (e.g., shipping to chapter). Chapters are still responsible for the distribution of these items to their chapter members.
