This fee includes access to study materials for competitive events, allows students to compete in all HOSA Canada conferences (FLC and SLC), allows students to participate in all workshops and seminars, as well as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hosa.org\/membership-benefits\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">general benefits<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> associated with being a HOSA member which include scholarships, summer research program opportunities, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All students must register as part of a School Chapter or Community Chapter. A list of registered chapters will be published on our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hosa-member.ca\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">registration website <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for you to verify. If you are unsure if your school has a chapter, reach out to your school\u2019s administration or email us at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info@hosacanada.org\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info@hosacanada.org<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Although we expanded our conference capacity from last year, due to the increase in venue demand in 2026 and the need to avoid school breaks and holidays, we were not able to match the increased demand for our program. We will be further expanding our capacity for the 2026\u20132027 school year to ensure more interested students have the opportunity to participate. We appreciate your understanding.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-message color_blue with_icon\"><div class=\"w-message-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"w-message-body\"><p>Registration for 2025-2026 HOSA Canada conferences are on a first-come, first-served basis. HOSA Canada reserves the right to close registration earlier than the posted deadlines if capacity for the conference is reached. As such, chapters and students are encouraged to register early to secure their spot.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students must accept their invitation from their Chapter President or Advisor, register, and pay their fee before <\/span><b>October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to participate in the Fall Leadership Conference (FLC). This is not a qualifying conference and is meant as an opportunity for practice and to see where students stand amongst their peers. Students do not need to register again for the Spring Leadership Conference (SLC), as the registration fee includes both conferences.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If students register after October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET, they will not be able to participate in FLC, but can still participate in SLC and attend workshops throughout the year.
