The top design featuring the Midnight Sun represent the Inuit people. The phases of Grandfather Sun throughout the year along with the butterflies which symbolize renewal and transformation represent the First Nations. It features <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/St_Edward%27s_Crown\">St. Edward&#8217;s Crown<\/a>, which was used by the Queen over the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tudor_Crown_(heraldry)\">Tudor Crown<\/a> on her coat of arms and other royal insignia.
