Registration
Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! Registration will be the same process as 2020-2021. However, accounts must be re-registered as they are deleted at the end of each year. If you are able to login to your previous account, please make sure to update the information on shop.hosacanada.org. If you are familiar with the registration process, please proceed to shop.hosacanada.org for registration.
Students will need to purchase a membership to be part of HOSA Canada. As a member, students will get access to US HOSA’s benefits (http://hosa.org/node/26), which include scholarships and shadowing opportunities. In addition, students will get access to resources for their individual competitive event offered by HOSA Canada through Google Classroom. Membership does not include access to workshops and seminars.
With a membership, students can purchase HOSA Canada’s conference package, which includes both the Fall and Spring Leadership Conference. For more information on conferences, please check out the Conference Details tab on this page. The conference package also offers access to our seminar series workshops that will take place from September until the Spring Leadership Conference next May. The seminar series will explore how to get into medical school from high school, different medical specialties, and what to expect as a physician. Competitive event workshops will also be offered to explore different events and give tips on how to prepare for the competition. Our workshops for 2021 are listed on the Workshops tab. 2022 workshops will be posted in December 2021.
A detailed registration guide is available on our website under Registration.
Registration will begin September 8, 2021.
Students can register individually, even if their school does not have a minimum of 5 paying students.

Overview
With the positive feedback on FLC last year, we are happy to announce that FLC is here to stay. In addition to FLC, we are hoping to resume an in-person conference for SLC. Please read the conference descriptions below to gain an understanding on how conferences will work this year!
For competitive event requirements, please visit the Competitive Events tab and view the package for your event.
Fall Leadership Conference (FLC)
FLC will be taking place online from November 20 – November 26, 2021. FLC is simply an opportunity to see where you stand amongst your peers, it is not a qualifier competition for SLC or ILC.
Events with round two practical portions (ex. CPR/First Aid, EMT, and etc.) will only complete their round one testing for placements. Similarly, events with a round two presentation, only round one materials will be evaluated. Presentation events will take place on November 20 and 21st, 2021. Specific times will be announced closer to the conference.
FLC will not have any workshops.
The submission deadline will be November 19 at 11:59 PM
